The terms you agree to when you place an order with Evomed Healthcare. Written plainly, because you should not need a lawyer to buy baby formula.
These terms apply to every order placed through this website with Evomed Healthcare. Placing an order means you accept them.
All prices on this site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see and confirm at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready — riders often cannot make change. For bank transfer, your order is dispatched once we have received your payment and verified the receipt you upload.
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it and dispatch it. We may decline an order — and will tell you why — if an item is out of stock, if the delivery address falls outside the areas we serve, if a price or description was published in error, or if we cannot verify a bank transfer.
You may cancel any order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Call or WhatsApp +92 336 5368630, or email evomedhealthcare24@gmail.com, quoting your order number. If you have already paid by bank transfer, we refund to the account the payment came from. Once a parcel has left our facility it can no longer be cancelled — see Returns and Refunds.
Stock levels shown on the site are our best information, not a guarantee. If an item sells out between your order and dispatch, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a partial dispatch or a refund of that line.
Product information on this site — descriptions, ingredient quantities, dosages and age ranges — is provided for information and is not medical advice. Always read the label on the pack you receive and follow it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If any part of a dispute cannot be resolved between us directly, it falls to the courts of Pakistan.
